Responsibilities of Buying Assistant:
- All communications and translations in Italian and English
- All travel arrangements and scheduling with sellers
- Documenting all objects of interest with digital photography
- Supplying prospective buyer with detailed notes, measurements, and photos of each piece of interest, as well as the sellers information
- Maintaining correspondence with the prospective buyer and with the seller
- Packing and shipping arrangements
